What made your university special? What were the facilities where you studied and the university equipment like?
Univerzita byla krásná, moderní, nacházela se dál od centra, ale doprava k ní byla snadná. Kampus se skládá z několika budov, najdete zde kavárny, menzu, food plasu, bufet a další. Škola také nabízí sportoviště, knihovnu, místa pro studium, ale také pro odpočinek.
What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about your "adoptive" university? What made it special? What were the premises where you studied and the university facilities like?
Školní rok je zde rozdělen do 4 období, předměty jsou vždy na jedno období a následně se skládají zkoušky. Na zkoušku má člověk jeden pokus, při neúspěchu může absolvovat opakování zkoušky. Mimo zkoušky je tu běžné odevzdávání průběžných úkolů, esejí a velice rádi zadávají skupinové projekty s následnou prezentací. Jelikož je na univerzitě většina studentů zahraničních, nedělají rozdíly mezi erasmus studentem a běžným studentem. Předměty jsou všechny smíšené, speciální pro erasmus studenty je pouze jeden a ten je povinný o nizozemské kultuře. Anglicky tu umí všichni perfektně, což je velký plus, ale to samé očekávají od vás. Angličtina B2 stačí, ale určitě lepší mít úroveň vysokou. Koordinační tým pro exchange studenty byl velmi milý, ochotný poradit a pomoci, s tím nebyl žádný problém.

Požadují minimální úroveň angličtiny B2, všichni umí anglicky perfektně.

Nizozemsko je velmi drahá země, potraviny jsou tu skoro až 2x dražší než v česku. Stipendium mi pokrylo ani ne polovinu celkových výdajů. Nejdražší je zde doprava, protože tu moc nefungují studentské slevy ani předplatné.

Pro ušetření na potravinách doporučuji různé polské obchody, osobně mám zkušenost se Supermarkt ABC, kde se potraviny dost podobaly těm českým.
