What made your university special? What were the facilities where you studied and the university equipment like?
Studijní pobyt jsem absolvovala online. Velice se mi líbila pestrá nabídka předmětů pouze pro zahraniční studenty.
What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about your "adoptive" university? What made it special? What were the premises where you studied and the university facilities like?
Letní semestr trvá až do poloviny července, systém je jinak velice podobný. Pouze zápis předmětů nefunguje podle principu "First come first served", ale studentům jsou předměty, na které se student hlásí, přiřazovány. Pouze při nezaplněné kapacitě určitých předmětů poté funguje princip "First come first served".
What is student life like at university?
Ano, volitelných předmětů je v nabídce spousta, každý si najde, co ho zajímá a baví. O životě na univerzitě nemohu kvůli online formě studia referovat.

Vždy záleží na tom, v jakém jazyce je daný předmět vyučován. Poté se komunikuje výhradně v onom jazyce.

V Berlíně jsem byla pouze turisticky v jiném časovém období, než v době studijního pobytu.

Jako studentka germanistiky nemám s němčinou problém. Při potížích jsou všichni ochotní vícekrát vysvětlit, případně danou větu sdělit v angličtině. I přes distanční formu studia jsem se v němčině i angličtině zlepšila.

Berlín je krásné město s výjimečnou atmosférou a turbulentní historií. Svobodná univerzita má skvělý tým pro zahraniční studenty a výbornou online studijní platformu.
