What made your university special? What were the facilities where you studied and the university equipment like?
Byla výjimečná. Budova byla velice moderní plná laboratoří a krásných prostor pro přednášky. Univerzita měla kampus podobný botanické zahradě.
What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about your "adoptive" university? What made it special? What were the premises where you studied and the university facilities like?
Liší, zkoušky se dějí v průběhu celého semestru a klade se u každého předmětu veliký důraz na eseje a pracovní protokoly, které se většinou zpracovávají ve skupinách.
What is student life like at university?
Alespoň v době Covidu se nic takového nedělo. Byl zde povinný kurz Portugalštiny pro všechny Erasmus studenty. Do styku s místními studenty jsem se nedostala.

Vždy v angličtině.

Poklidné město na břehu ostrova. Mnoho památek, kulturního života a příroda.

Stipendium mi stačilo pouze na ubytování. Potraviny jsou zde trochu dražší.

Nakupovat na tržištích. Jinak to moc nelze.

V době Covidu byla povolena kapacita na kolejích pouze 50%. A ty procenta zaplnili studenti ze zimního semestru, které tam zůstávali, musela jsem si tedy zařídit ubytování jinak přes Airbnb a to mě stálo většinu mého stipendia na měsíc.

Pouze po našem ostrově pomocí auta, bylo to skvělé. Lze tam stanovat.

Jazyk studia byl angličtina a rozhodně jsem v tom udělala pokrok.
