Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme: "Mental Health, Resilience and Happiness"
Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) is an Erasmus+ funded, international short-course designed to explore psychological well-being, resilience, and digital health tools. Coordinated by the University of Zadar (Croatia) in partnership with the Catholic University of Valencia (Spain) and the Agricultural University of Athens (Greece), the programme brings together students and staff from diverse academic disciplines.
1) On-Site Component:
Date: October 5–9, 2026
Location: Zadar, Croatia
Includes lectures, workshops, panels, and mentored group projects.
2) Virtual Component:
Date: Second half of October 2026 via MS Teams (~3 hours, synchronous).
Programme Structure & Key Details
- Language & Teamwork: Conducted entirely in English within multicultural teams.
- Target Audience: Undergraduate students (EQF level 6) primarily from psychology and related fields, but open to other disciplines and staff.
- Funding & Recognition: Includes Erasmus+ mobility grants and official ECTS credit recognition (please, contact your Erasmus+ office at home university).
Thematic Units:
- Intro Virtual Session: Overview of the programme, introductions, and the ethics of digital tools and AI in mental health.
- Unit 1 (UCV Valencia): Neuroscientific and technological foundations of stress, emotion, brain mechanics, and recovery.
- Unit 2 (AUA Athens): The "One Health" perspective, focusing on habits, positive psychology, self-regulation, and behaviour change.
- Unit 3 (University of Zadar): Integrative frameworks for resilience, mental health, and evidence-based ways to improve subjective well-being.
What Participants Gain:
- Practical skills in stress management, self-regulation, and positive psychology
- A critical perspective on AI and digital health tools.
- Hands-on experience developing and publicly presenting a mental health campaign or intervention in English.
Application and Selection Criteria:
- Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to applicants from EU-CONEXUS partner universities.
