Students (with the exception of the Faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy) are invited to apply for scholarships offered by partner universities in Germany and Switzerland for the academic year 2025/2026. Opportunities are available for bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral students, ranging from one-month research stays to semester or year-long scholarships.

Required documents include:

• CV (in German or English)
• Motivation letter (in German or English)
• Study plan or research plan (form provided)
• Transcript of records and GPA
• Proof of language proficiency (German or English, minimum level B2)
• Recommendation letter(s) from a CU faculty member
• Additional documents may be required depending on the host university (see attachments).

Application deadline:

• Upload all documents to the online application system by 1 October 2025
• Submit the application to the CU Rectorate by 8 October 2025

The Czech Centres offer university students professional internships both at the headquarters and abroad.

Abroad, the Czech Centres welcomed mainly students from colleges and universities involved in Erasmus - an internship, which allows for obtaining a grant from which students pay the most necessary costs for accommodation and food.

What are Czech Centres?

The Czech Centres are a contributory organisation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.

They are an integral part of Czech foreign policy and a key cultural diplomacy tool. They operate within the public diplomacy domain, whose mission is to promote and support the good reputation of Czechia abroad and to strengthen cultural relations between countries. The Czech Centres are a cultural institute understanding culture in its broadest sense.

International education programme organized by the University of Warsaw in collaboration with the Business School, University of Sussex. The programme is designed for students interested in the application of Artificial Intelligence in business and finance.

All classes will be delivered in English by an international team of academic teachers from the University of Warsaw (Poland) and the Business School of the University of Sussex (UK).

Date: 1-12 September, 2025

• Classes will be held on-site in the buildings of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw.
• The course will also include an introductory/leveling asynchronous part (online platform) before the start of in-person classes.

Application Deadline: 10 August, 2025

Financial Support: one-time financial support of 7,250 PLN for the duration of the Program (14 days), where: ⎯ 2,000 PLN for travel (both ways); ⎯ 75 PLN/day – stipend ⎯ 300 PLN/day – living and accommodation costs.

Cost:

• Expenses such as accommodation, visa and health care are the responsibility of the participants.
• The issuance of a diploma in the form of a micro-credential is free of charge.

Programme focus areas:

• Machine learning and AI fundamentals,
• AI applications in financial and geospatial data analysis,
• Explainable AI (XAI) techniques,
• Automation of business processes,
• Ethical and legal aspects of AI,
• Programming and data science tools.

The programme is open to:

• undergraduate students in their 3rd year
• students of master’s studies
• students of long-cycle Master's degree programs, in their 3rd year or later
