The University of Graz has launched an innovative complementary qualification programme "Artificial Intelligence and Society" as a 16 ECTS micro-credential (also called micro-degree), demonstrating our commitment to future-oriented education that bridges disciplinary boundaries.

This interdisciplinary qualification responds to the transformative potential of AI technologies, equipping students with both theoretical foundations and practical skills.

Students learn to understand, critically evaluate, and responsibly implement AI systems across various domains, gaining essential key competencies for their future professional lives.

Programme Highlights:

• Programme can be attended in either English or German
• Future-oriented qualification offered entirely online

• Can also be recognized by the resp. home university (prior confirmation required)

Cost:

• Tuition-free participation
• Student is only required to pay a registration fee for enrolment each semester (approx. 25 €) However, this will be refunded upon successful completion of the programme within one academic year when the certificate is awarded.
